Designed to work with the systems behind your dealership.
A dealership website that ignores your inventory feed and bypasses your CRM is a brochure, not a system. Axlevia is built to sit inside the way your store already operates — with the boundaries stated plainly.
- Approach
- Complements existing operational software
- Connectivity
- Inventory feeds, CRM-related workflows, lead routing, service requests
- Boundary
- No vendor partnership claimed; no vendor marks used without authorisation
- Confirmed
- Supported systems and scope agreed per dealership, in writing
Follow the information, not the logo wall.
Six paths through the platform. Select one to see exactly what travels, in what order, and what it produces at the end.
- 01
The customer submits a question about a specific vehicle.
- 02
Vehicle, customer and question are packaged together.
- 03
The inquiry is routed to the person who owns the answer.
Routing rules are configured to your store, not assumed.
What we have done, and what we are not saying.
Integration is where dealership technology marketing usually overstates itself. These four statements are deliberately narrow.
What has been built
The underlying technology has been developed with automotive feed and CRM connectivity, including experience implementing a Reynolds & Reynolds-related workflow inside a working dealership environment.
What is not claimed
No official partnership with any vendor is claimed, and no manufacturer or vendor marks are used without authorisation. Integration experience is not the same as certification.
What is not promised
Universal plug-and-play integration does not exist in automotive retail. A single proven workflow is not evidence that every dealership configuration will behave the same way.
How scope is settled
Supported systems and integration depth are confirmed during an individual dealership review, in writing, before any commitment is made.
Five answers, and the review can begin.
- 01
Where inventory lives
The provider or system that publishes your vehicles, and who controls access to it.
- 02
Where inquiries go
The CRM, inbox or person that owns a reply — and any routing rules your team already follows.
- 03
What must not change
The systems you depend on daily, so nothing is displaced by accident.
- 04
Your domain
The production domain and who administers DNS, so launch day is planned rather than improvised.
- 05
Any existing assets
Brand guidelines, imagery and content that already represent your dealership well.
Start with the systems you already run.
Describe your inventory source, your CRM and how inquiries are handled today. You will get a direct answer about what can be connected and what cannot.
Supported systems, integration scope, timing and pricing are confirmed in an individual dealership review.
