This policy explains what information the Axlevia website collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept and what choices you have. It covers this website and the consultation enquiry process. It does not cover software a dealership runs on its own infrastructure, or a dealership’s own website policies.

If you submit a consultation enquiry, we collect the details you enter: dealership name, current website address, contact name, work email, optional telephone number, city and state, and the operational information you choose to share such as inventory size, locations, current providers, timeline, priorities and any message.

We also record when the enquiry was submitted and how it reached us — the referring page and any campaign parameters present in the address. This is used to understand which channels produce genuine enquiries.

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to review and respond to your enquiry, and to prepare a considered proposal if the conversation continues. Operational details such as providers and locations are used solely to assess what is technically possible for your store.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing sequence without a separate, explicit agreement.

The consultation form asks for explicit consent to contact you about your enquiry, and that consent is not pre-selected. Withdrawing it is as simple as replying to any message and asking us to stop.

Enquiries are kept while they are commercially relevant — while an opportunity is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

This site is hosted and operated using third-party infrastructure and communication services. Those providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not disclose your enquiry to dealerships or other commercial parties.

We measure interaction with this site — which pages are visited, which calls to action are used, and whether the consultation form is started and completed. These events are recorded without your name, email or telephone number. Analytics is used to improve the experience, not to profile individuals.

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled system, and only authenticated administrators can read them. No system is perfect, and no security certification is claimed here.

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Requests are handled by a person, using the contact details below.
